Sébastien slashed. By Adam

This article, published on January 25th 2012, was written by a journalist on the Web site purepeople. It deals with Patrick Sébastien who wants to create a new TV programme entitled “Si ça ne fait pas d’audience tant pis!” on France 2.

After his pathetic last disc, “Faut qu’on slash”, Patrick Sébastien continues on the path of mediocrity. He is the king of the biggest cabaret in the world, full of childish love and happiness... he is an insult to French culture! I think he would be better off in a retirement home...

Guéant graduates gaffe... By Adam

This article was written by a journalist on the LCP website on December 24th 2011. The team of François Hollande, the Socialist presidential candidate for 2012, demands the withdrawal of Claude Guéant's circulaire restricting the possibility for foreign graduates to obtain employee status after their studies in France. Mme Le Corre states, in the name of François Hollande and of the Socialist Party, that the reception of foreign students is now a crucial issue in the internationalization process of French universities and in the collaboration between French universities and foreign universities.

I completely agree with the Socialist Party which defends the rights of foreigners. It’s incredible to see, in a globalized world, the French Interior Minister deciding to expel qualified foreigners. It’s a double error : a human one (French and foreign graduates are equal), and a political error too (we cannot, in a globalized world, expel talent because of origins).

Don't look a gift horse in the mouth! By Agathe

Many websites offer people the possibility to resell online the gifts they don't want. This is strange for some of us, for others, it is trivial! On Price Minister, there is an increase of 50% in sales of unwanted gifts compared to last year. I don't understand why people do this. The person who offers you something knows you may like it or you may need it. But when they don't know what gift they can give you, they can send you money. For me, people always give you a present that you should appreciate. If it is a big gift, your parents will ask you if you really want it.
